Multnomah Falls is located along the Historic Columbia River Highway and is Oregon's tallest waterfall. From the moment I arrived, I imagined I'd been magically transported to Rivendell in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.

very nice work Adam ... I've been to the falls so many times I don't remember how many ... no matter the time of year it is always breathtaking (smile) ... have you had a chance to visit the other falls on the gorge and shoot them? there is more of Rivendell going east ... one is very hidden and requires a scrambling over boulders, hugging a cliff, possibly crossing the water on a huge log (if it's still there) and most likely getting wet a bit.... it's my favorite Oneonta Gorge Falls ... it's on the Oregon side of the river ... looking forward to seeing more of your work (smile)
